After deep consideration between piano, organ and keyboard, I finally signed up for keyboard lesson at Chicago Music School last week. Reason why keyboard is to play hymns.
During my first lesson there were several times my hands were fumbling for chords til my teacher cekak her pinggang. But fortunately I can still recognise the "tauges" (notes) after leaving piano lesson for about 10 years.
I am so glad I don't have to spend money to buy a keyboard and just to burgle it from Charles's room. :D

It is 36 keys keyboard.
Jani, I'm enjoying with all the new stuffs but has to sacrifice my part time income. I have resigned from tuition last month as have to give tuition in school for SPM students for free twice a week. Enough teaching!
I tot you always wanted to quit the tuition?
I'm giving free tuition in school as well.

I don't really mind if they are improving. but I don't think so. =.=
If you didn't stop piano lesson by now you would have joined grade-8 club. Lesson learnt: once started, perseveringly push children to piano class, they will be grateful in future.
It's good that you choose what you like rather than being pushed by parents.Hopefully, we don't have to push Joanne to piano lesson in future. Haha.... Enjoy your lessons...
only 36 keys??? like a toy la :p
i've 88 one, need at least 68 keys to take exam, right? you planning to take exam?
yeah, i think it's really hard to push, especially for the higher grade instruments b'coz it takes more than just read the notes and move your fingers. :)
yea, would have played grade 8 or diploma if I didnt stop last time. 1) Blame mom didnt push me last time :p
2) Blame Hui last time always ask me to take very expensive monthly piano fee from Dad :0
But like what Hui said, I think I'm not that smart too. I'm not very ambitious at the moment, can play enough. Not planning to sit for exam.

Don't worry Yan, the keyboard is at Charles's house. So I guess she is doing practice at his house, heheh...
perhaps she will be moving to the big house soon? :p
Maybe we shall force her to move to the big house before the coming CNY so that we will have enough rooms to stay. Haha....
I have moved his keyboard to my room now. Eh, Hui is not coming home again next year, so should have enough room. :D
