induction course is a must attend course to confirm as teacher, usually taken after one year teaching. the course will be held in sibu paramount hotel for 2 weeks and one week in kuc ( i think). i got the memo from google image :D
two weeks on induction, another week is on BIRO. not only teachers, all government servants need to attend. share with us if yours is interesting one. :p

no increment. just confirmation. learnt a lot. long syllabus for government servants
