An article says it takes four to six weeks for any action to become a habit. Not bad, right? Every time when I turn a calendar page, I am developing a different new habit. Wow, at the end of the twelve months, I could have twelve new positive habits!
It says also once something has become a habit, it's simply a part of your life and not something you will even have to think about anymore.
I am so excited. Which to start off?
